I don't know about N4S but the Burnout that's out for the PSP is outstanding. You could check that out if you like racing games.Best Need For speed game on the psp!!!!! ...

i didnt like the prostreet NFS game but the rest for me is good.. i think there will be a new NFS game for the psp though. :)
I love need for speed games and i was wondering what is the best one. i was going to get prostreet but it got awful reviews so is that true how bad it is!
pro street on psp S**KS! thrust me iv seen someone playing it, god that game was sooo boring, the other(older) nfs on psp look alright or you might want to try burnout i have dominator and its pretty good or if you want you could get midnight club, that game rocksthere is also undercover comming btw, hope it will bring nfs back on top and also hope the psp version wont be a crappy rip from the console versions like prostreet
I'd go for Need For Speed 3: Hot Pursuit or Need For Speed 4: High Stakes as both of them are by far my favorites of the series. Hec, I even like the ps1 version of Hot Pursuit more than the PC version due to having better/more fun/realistic racing style with challenging cops to hunt you down while there are more cheats, tracks %26 cars to unlock andsimulation mode (which the pc didn't have). Most of the tracks and cars look better on the ps1 version (which is also the PSP version) also.High Stakes(better than the pc version imo) is a better version of NFS3 Hot Pursuit with being the cop mode, 10 ultra nice tracks and more cars with a career mode to unlock cars. It is better than NFS3, but both are superb. This is my thoughts for console/PSP versions.
DO NOT GET PROSTREET. Worst in the series. Jsut a boring sorta simulation game seriosly. If I wanted to play a simulation racign game I would play Fortza or something else. Need for Speed is suppose to be fun, arcadey, and face paced. I also wouldn't recommend Undercover psp version. Underground, Carbon, Most Wanted (911) are are good. Burnot Legends is also worth trying.
Damn. Got fooled by a Zombie thread again.....damit!
all need for speed games suck on psp! NFS: Rivals, most wanted, carbon, pro street, undercover and shift suck on psp! Rubbish customisations, graphics and gameplay! Dont buy a single NFS game on psp coz if people buy it then EA finks its alright 2 make crappy games since they will still make money. Many great alternatives are midnight club la remix, midnight club dub edition and burnout. MIDNIGHT CLUB 4 EVA!!!!!!!!!!!!! NFS SUX ON PSP 4 EVA EA DONT TRY 2 MAKECRAPPY GAMES INSTEAD GIVE UP!

HTye aren't all crappy. Granted those can be better games but thats not exactly correct.
Prostreet was terrible. I'd go for Most Wanted or Carbon. There both pretty good..
Carbon and Most Wanted are good... I actually prefer Carbon myself, and I have played it for quite sometime. As for Most Wanted its quite decent as well.... But really, for racing games on the PSP get Ridge Racer, Burnout: Dominator, the two NFSs I mentioned and Midnight Club series. Whatever u do, DON'T GET Pro Street and Undercover...
Best racing games have to be:
The Burnouts
MidnightClub:LA remix
Teest Drive Unlimited
Ridge Racer
Wipeout
Personally I can't stand the NFS on psp. All the cars slide about for some reason, they dont stick to the road.

I didn't know NFS hot pursuit was on psp is this true? Also is NFS HP 2 on psp? Those were my favorite NFS games back on ps2 and I would love to play them again :)

Buy Midnight Club LA Remix. Seriously the NFS games on PSP aren't so good. If you really REALLY want to buy an NFS game for PSP go for Most Wanted or Carbon.
Its either a hacked unofficial program or it's nothing. Because none of those titles are available on PSP. Look it up yourself....
nfs carbon
