There is not and i don't really believe dat there is gonna be one. Although you can try Rock Band Unplugged. It's pretty cool! It's similar to guitar hero, but ya play with the whole band, you switch instruments. Ya can make your own band and go on tour. There is a lot of fun in it!

Those aren't even that good to begin with. Anyways Rock Band Unplugged is coming out. No Peripherals but seems to be a good game.
