LOL wut? A virus?

I was searching for an mp3 to download to the PSP on the PSP internet, and then a message pops up saying: ''Your computer is infected with viruses and adware and needs to bee checked immed...'' and it was one of those REAL messages that you see on the PSP. You know, the gray screen and white text. Should I be afraid?LOL wut? A virus?
No, it was using Javascript or something that got rendered like that from the browser. For one thing, if it was real, it would refer to your PSP as ''your computer''. Just spam from whatever godawful site you were on :PLOL wut? A virus?
piece of friendly advice... as soon as you see a message like that pop up, close it and never use that messages ''scanner''. a lot of them are just asking you to click the popup so they can take you to a real virus infected website or infect your computer while its ''scanning''. anytime in doubt use a popular virus scanner instead and do a scan manually.
You must be using your psp to its FULL capablilitys :D
I dont think it would infect the psp anyway.



Unless it was a virus specifically made for the psp system software. Thats why you dont see viruses for windows on a apple computer as theyre completely different systems. Still dont risk it
