PSP help wont work

i Was playing metal gear acid used and i wanted to quit to change my cards and all of a sudden it froze. so i quit and i want to play it it won't let so i get Burnout new and i won't work what is going on with my psp the umds are in good condition. the only reason i can say is i have been playing with a lot so maybe i need it to rest a little do you all know what is going on with it tyPSP help wont work

No error message it won't show the umd file thingy so i can play a game
A few suggestions:- Try turning the PSP completely off as opposed to putting it in sleep mode. That will clear the memory. Turn on the PSP. Hold the power button up until it powers down. Then try your game again.- If that doesn't work, go to the Settings menus and reset the PSP back to the Default settings. Then try the game again.If neither work, then I'd be guessing that your UMD drive just died.
One other thing to check: Can you hear the UMD drive spinning?
