Can u imagine a parent buying a PSP go while her/him and a child looking at the UMD games selection but cant buy those games.I mean can that person play a game like The Warriors on a PSP go?Based on that it seems the PSP go will have a limited library compared to PSP 1/2/3000Just WHo Is The PSP Go Aimed At??
Well first the PSP go isn't offically annouced just to say. So if any of the RUMORS are tur then you will NOt be able to play the UMDs on your PSP Go. Unless sony finds a way to transfer them on to the PSP. Just WHo Is The PSP Go Aimed At??
and many people are too stupid to use a computer to transfer umd to a psp, so that would further cut down on their audience.

aww thats not nice lol.
iPod Touch users who like, y'know, REAL games.
However, I have no idea why Sony would be going after that market. Those guys are already in the pockets of Apple, and current PSP users don't exactly want to shell out a couple hundred bucks just to NOT play the games they already bought :/

If the PSP Go is true then Sony is only shooting itself in the leg. They waste money on a new hardware that won't attract fans of the original for people who are already in the pockets of Nintendo and Apple. Taking out the UMD cuts out collectors who take pride in their physical collections. Sony should instead focus on games because the original Phat PSP is already better than the DSi. There's nothing wrong with the hardware, Sony should think software from now on. Judging by the games released nowadays I HOPE that the PSP Go is just a fak POS because it would be a suicide move from Sony. Make games, '09 already showed you can do it!
As you know I agree in what you are saying but I also know that many GS users have said that download games is what they prefere. But if this is the future then count me out I am not going to waste time downloading + 1 Gigabyte games and paying full price, no way man !+ how are you going to show your collection, blehh ! I dont like it, no SIR I dont like it one bit, download only is FAIL.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I hate space bug.
Completely agree. Part of the fun of buying games is showing off. It's like: I'm better than the folks who don't have game xy. Also, there's a strange feeling of satisfaction when you have a physical copy of a game you like, you can lovingly hold the cover, looking at the images, reading the text on it and much more. I just found one of my favorite PS1 FPS games - Medal of Honor Underground - and it's such a great feeling that I have a game I have nice memories about from the good old PS1 days. But the same could go for a lot of games in my collection, MOHU is just the most recent.
True, you know being a console owner consists 5 parts (well at least for me). Reading reviews, going to game shops ( I also spend alot of time there), chasing, buying, playing the games, being a game collector and finally talking about the console and the games on forums:)
I have been a gamer for a loooong time and just the fact that I have a hardcopy of Ghost %26 Goblins which I had on my C64 is really satisfying.
X factor: looking at my hardcopy games and console and being a fanboy.

I want say ppl are 2 stupid but it's more like it's to much of their time just to have a game along with the just bought for their 6 yr old kid or ppl who dont care much about PC. I mean is this really the future we're facing? .
